Alinity Divine

Alinity has been a part of a lawsuit against Twitch. Erik Estavillo is a California Twitch member who filed an action against Twitch and sought damages of $25 million. The user claimed Twitch exposed him to sexually explicit videos by female streamers. According to court records from Dexerto Estavillo had previously sued Microsoft and Sony along with Nintendo and Blizzard and Blizzard, filed the suit on June 15, and Twitch was served with an official summons that same day. Estavillo, according to the Santa Clara Superior Court of California complaint filed has a range health issues which force him to use the internet to entertain himself. He is also suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder and a sexual addiction. As per the lawsuit, Twitch makes these issues more severe. There are also female Twitch streamers who claim that they "continue in exposing viewers to sexually addicting material and material on a frequent and regular basis." Apart from Alinity the list includes in the request for relief the complaint seeks to have all streamers listed above permanently banned in violation of Twitch's TOS and also $25 million dollars "to be split between the plaintiff as well as others Twitch Prime Turbo Subscribers," and any remaining funds to be donated to various charitable organizations.
